WHEREAS, Fund Raisers, Ltd. submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $16.95 (4"x8") and $33.90 (8"x8"), and
WHEREAS, the Centennial Committee recommended accepting Fund Raisers, Ltd.'s low bid for its superior quality and visual appeal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Fund Raisers Ltd.'s low bid in the amount of $16.95 and $33.90 for engraved bricks as a donor recognition fundraiser for the Centennial Plaza. This amends the budget accordingly under Account No. 28-600-7120.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
