WHEREAS, Street Department- Road Crew is requesting to purchase a 2027 F250 Super Crew 4x4 for $52,376.00 and a 2027 F550 Flatbed 4x4 for $83,032.00, under State Contract #230000003416-47under account # 100-3015-5100, AND
WHEREAS, Street Department- Road Crew has these two trucks budgeted in FY27 for $155,000.00 under account # 100-3015-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2027 F250 Super Crew 4x4 for $52,376.00 under State Contract #230000003416-47 from Stivers Ford Lincoln under account # 100-3015-5100.
SECTION 2: Approves the purchase of a 2027 F550 Flatbed 4x4 for $83,032.00 under State Contract #230000003416-47 from Stivers Ford Lincoln under account # 100-3015-5100.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
