WHEREAS, The Street Department would like to request that the Mayor sign a Letter of Intent for the Purchase of one (1) 2024 ROBO FIFTI RC Mower from Beard Equipment for $99,322.56 off contract #MA22000003185/999‐21, AND
WHEREAS, this is a planned purchase for FY25 and due to an unusually long lead time, we need to send a letter of intent to hold our place in the long list of companies ordering them for next year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to sign a Letter of Intent for the Purchase of (1) 2024 ROBO FIFTI RC Mower from Beard Equipment for $99,322.56 for the Street Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
