Cunningham Delaney has submitted CO #2 in the amount of $22,975.00 to relocate the existing 10" water main and additional materials needed are: 40 LF 10" DI Pipe, (1) 10" DI 90 Bend, 180 LF 10" C900 PVC, (1) 10" DI 45 Bend, (1) 10" DI 22.5 Bend and (2) 10" Tapping Sleeve & Valve assemblies.

                          WHEREAS,                     Cunningham Delaney Construction, LLC has submitted Change Order No.2 in the amount of $22,975.00 to relocate the existing 10" water main and additional materials needed are: 40 LF 10" DI Pipe, (1) 10" DI 90 Bend, 180 LF 10" C900 PVC, (1) 10" DI 45 Bend, (1) 10" DI 22.5 Bend and (2) 10" Tapping Sleeve & Valve assemblies.

                     

                          NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

                          SECTION 1:                     Approves Cunningham Delaney Construction, LLC's Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $22,975.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5128 R34 CONST.

     

                          SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
