WHEREAS Foley Recreation has a need for a new transport, and
WHEREAS, Foley Recreation requests to purchase a new hauler for $8,000,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new hauler from account 100-5030-5100 for $8,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
