     WHEREAS, Resolutions 18-1149, 18-1175 and 18-1293 approved the sale of the Cactus Cafe/Historic Foley Bakery Building to Azalea Fund/Alston Laurel NE, LLC, and

WHEREAS, Azalea Fund/Alston Laurel NE, LLC was unable to follow through with the purchase,

THEREFORE, Resolutions 18-1149, 18-1175 and 18-1293 must be rescinded.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Rescinds Resolutions 18-1149,18-1175 and 18-1293.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
