WHEREAS, EDG SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,150.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO WILSON PECAN PROPERTY.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: ACCEPTS EDG'S PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO WILSON PECAN PROPERTY.
SECTION 2: APPROPRIATES FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,150.00 UNDER ACCOUNT NO. 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
