NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 25-1082 Resolution Amending The Pay Classification Plan In The Police And Street Departments by changing the grade of the approved position of Heavy Equipment Operator III (Job Code 3010136) from a Grade 110 to a Grade 120.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
