WHEREAS, 23-1426 RES authorized survey and design services for four crosswalk locations on US 98, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to add a fifth location at Chicago Street, and
WHEREAS, additional professional services are required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amend the agreement with Volkert to add a study location at Chicago Street.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Volkert in accordance with the terms of the referenced proposal in the amended amount of $30,500.00
SECTION 3: Approves and appropriates funding in the amount of $30,500.00 to Account No# 400-3010-5103 R73 School Zone & Downtown Parks Crosswalk Improvements.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
