Title
A Resolution Approving a Capital Project to Renovate the Flooring in City Hall and Appropriating Funds
Summary
The office areas within City Hall are in need of new flooring. Carpet squares will be placed in the offices and vinyl planks placed in the hallways within the office spaces. We will not update the main hallways. This is a planned FY25 project for $60,000. American Flooring has quoted a price of around $45,000, but due to an anticipated price increase June 1st, we do not have a final quote. We do expect this project to come in under the budgeted amount.
