WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15-2214 approved awarding the TIGER Phase 3 project to the Morette Company in the amount of $1,515,478.15, and
WHEREAS, an additional right of way bond is required for the ALDOT permit which will increase the contract amount by $3,485.65 making the new contract price $1,515,963.80.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves amending Account No. 31-665-7300 by an increase of $3,485.65 to Morette Company's contract price for the additional right of way bond for the TIGER Phase 3 Pedestrian Bridge project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
