WHEREAS, The South Chicago Street Streetscape project will be a gateway to the new library; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1350 approved going to bid for the project and the bid went to L&K Construction as the lowest and most responsible bidder of $421,150.79; and
WHEREAS, Engineering received a Construction Engineering & Inspection Professional Services proposal from JADE Consulting for the South Chicago Street Streetscape Improvements Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the professional services proposal from JADE Consulting and appropriate $44,000 under Account No #400-3020-5179.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
