WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department is requesting approval for the Joseph Fowler and Big Fish Ministries to use Heritage Park to pass out bibles and water as well and praying and sharing the gospel with park goers when approached, and
WHEREAS, this will take place in Heritage Park on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm through December 31, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Joseph Fowler and Big Fish Ministries to use Heritage Park on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm through December 31, 2023. .
SECTION 2: Approves allowing Joseph Fowler and big Fish Ministries to set up a table and chairs to pass out bibles and water as well and praying and sharing the gospel with park goers when approached.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
