     WHEREAS, With the retirement of the part-time Depot Manager, the City desires to move the Train Depot Museum under the Marketing Department and under the responsibility of the Marketing Director and to raise the pay grade of the Marketing Director from G-19 to G-20 in recognition of the increased job duties and responsibilities.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Increases the pay grade of the Marketing Director, Job Code #2501 from G-19 to G20, effective with the Pay Period beginning February 6, 2018.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
