WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1237 accepted the proposals for work to be done for the Heritage Park Sidewalk project, but didn't appropriate the total budgeted funds needed, and
WHEREAS, it is now desired that Public Works personnel perform the work at a cost of $2,000 rather than EJ Builders.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds Section 1. of Resolution 18-1237 and approves Public Works personnel to perform the work at a cost of $2,000 rather than EJ Builders
SECTION 2: Appropriates $13,400.00 to Account# 400-3020-5100 A17 Heritage - Sidewalk Improvements Heritage Park, which is the total amount needed to finish the project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
