WHEREAS, the Collinwood Inlet Replacement listed under the Capital Projects Plan has not been appropriated, and
WHEREAS, according to the City Engineer these funds are no longer needed and can be applied to the Graham Creek Estates Street Lighting Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, on November 7, 2016 as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $18,750 listed under account #12-665-7128 Collinwood Inlet Replacement and reallocates $18,750 to Graham Creek Estates Street Lighting under account #12-665-7377.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
