Summary

WHEREAS, the City of Foley solicited and opened bids on July 12, 2018 at 2:00PM for professional disaster debris removal services, and
WHEREAS, after review and evaluation of the proposals, it is recommended that award be made to D & J Enterprises Inc.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts D & J Enterprises Inc’s bid for professional disaster debris removal services.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a contract agreement with D & J Enterprises Inc.
SECTION 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a task agreement with D & J Enterprises should the need for their services arise.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
