WHEREAS, The Foley Pedestrian Bridge elevators are in need of security cameras for public safety, and
WHEREAS, Engineering received a quote from TK Elevator Corporation to furnish the labor and materials to install travel cables and car spotting assistance in the amount of $14,202.00.
WHEREAS, Engineering received a quote from Security101 to purchase security cameras in the amount of $3440.30.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts TK Elevator Corporation's quote and appropriates $14,202.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5167.
SECTION 2: Accepts Security101's quote and appropriates $3440.30 under Account No. 400-3020-5167.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
