The cost for the work performed will be equally split between Baldwin County, City of Foley, City of Gulf Shores, and City of Orange Beach, which amounts to $10,000.00 each.

WHEREAS, Baldwin County has proposed to enter into an agreement with Skipper Consulting, Inc. to develop a Travel Demand Model for South Baldwin County, including the City of Foley, City of Gulf Shores, and City of Orange Beach, and
WHEREAS, Baldwin County and these cities now wish to enter into this Agreement to provide for their joint cooperation to fund an estimated cost, not to exceed $40,000.00, to be split equally between Baldwin County, City of Foley, City of Gulf Shores, and City of Orange Beach.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves entering into an agreement with Baldwin County, City of Gulf Shores, and City of Orange Beach to fund a Travel Demand Model for South Baldwin County, and approves the payment of the City of Foley's share in the amount of $10,000.00 towards the cost for the work performed for the Travel Demand Model, amending Account No. 12-600-9596 A15 TDM accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
