WHEREAS, Public Works requests to increase the small tools account by $1,600.00 to assist in furnishing the office for the new Executive Director position.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the increase of the Public Works' Small Tools Account 100-1060-6053 budget by $1,600.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
