WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution 18-1220 during the August 20, 2018 Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1220 approved donations payable to Mobile Christian Acadmey, Pelahatchie High School, and Chronic Reoccuring Ecephalopathy Foundation, and
WHEREAS, the W-9's received reflect the payable organizations as Mobile Christian School, Pelahatchie Attendance Center, and Concussion Legacy Foundation, Inc., and
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1220 must be amended.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 18-1220 to approve one-time $1000 donation payable to the Concussion Legacy Foundation, Inc.
SECTION 2: Amends Resolution 18-1220 to approve one-time $1,000 donation payable to the Pelahatchie Attendance Center.
SECTION 3: Amends Resolution 18-1220 tp approve one-time $500 donation payable to Mobile Christian School.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
