WHEREAS, Foley Police Departments was invited to apply for a grant through the Walmart Spark Local Good Grant, therefore we are requesting approval to submit an application for this grant.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Foley Police Department to submit an application for the Walmart Spark Local Good Grant.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
