The City committed to this when we worked on a drainage project along Pine Street. Reynolds Ready Mix Concrete Plant gave us some Right-of-Way for the project. We agreed to install a new fence when the previous fence was removed.

WHEREAS, The City worked on a drainage project along Pine Street which caused the fencing for Reynolds Ready Mix concrete plant to removed, and
WHEREAS, The City committed to installing a new fence due to Reynolds Ready Mix donating Right-of-Way for the previous Pine Street drainage project, and
WHEREAS, Reynolds Ready Mix has been experiencing increased vehicle and foot traffic on their property, and
WHEREAS, Engineering received quotes with Hagan Fencing being the most cost efficient at $3,933.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Acknowledges and approves the new fencing for Reynolds Ready Mix from Hagan Fencing for $3,933.00
SECTION 2: Appropriates $3,933.00 in Account No 100-3020-6012 to install the fencing that was removed at Reynolds Ready Mix.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
