WHEREAS, a request has been made for a street light to be installed on existing Riviera Utilities' pole no. 23054 located on the southeastern side of the intersection of North Alston Street and West Palm Avenue for safety and security reasons, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department reviewed the request and this area warrants a street light to be installed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the re-installation of one (1) street light on Riviera Utilities' pole no. 23054 for a monthly cost of $7.50 or an annual cost of $90.00 under Account No. 01-620-8090 Public Street Lighting.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
