WHEREAS, We began our Phase 1 improvements in FY23 for the north side of Heritage Park, and
WHEREAS, We will be implementing Phase 2 which includes electrical and lighting upgrades, connectivity to the clock tower and a brick column entrance and pavers off Chicago Street, and
WHEREAS, We are requesting permission to bid and appropriate funds to complete this work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid on this project and appropriate funds of $235,700.00 under Account No. #400-5010-5010/Heritage Park Improvements.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
