WHEREAS, Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church is holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt the day before Easter, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Annie Smith has requested the use of six picnic tables for this event so that they can set out food for the children and their family members, and
WHEREAS, Council has deemed the event to be in the public's best interest as a non-profit community outreach program and children's event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Aprroves the request to use six picinic tables for this event.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
