Executive Director of Sports, Don Staley, is requesting to enter into a contract with Pink Fish Marketing Firm for Fiscal Year 2016, to maintain the Sports Tourism website and social media channels, and continue the Sports Tourism marketing campaign. The breakdown of time and cost for FY16 is attached in the marketing proposal. The total cost for the contract will be $30,000 and is a budgeted item.

WHEREAS, Executive Director of Sports, Don Staley, is requesting to enter into a contract with Pink Fish Marketing and
WHEREAS, the contract will include website maintenance, social media channels maintenance, and continued marketing support for events and the Sports Tourism Department, and
WHEREAS, Pink Fish Marketing has developed a proposal for continued support of the website, social media and marketing at a cost of $30,000, and
WHEREAS, this contract is budgeted under Account No. 01-628-3020 Professional Services in the amount of $30,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the contract with Pink Fish Marketing in the amount of $30,000 for the continued support of website management and social media and marketing for Fiscal Year 2016, from Account 01-628-3020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
