WHEREAS, the Foley Fire Department has received $2157.14 in donations this fiscal year from various sources and budgeted revenue is $1500, and
WHEREAS, the Foley Fire Explorers have been very active in various community and Fire Department activities and wish to continue with travel, training, and activities in the future.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a Performance Contract with the Foley Fire Explores for $657.14 for the period of September 9, 2015 - September 8, 2016, payable upon adoption of this resolution.
SECTION 2: Increases the budget for Revenue account 01-5044/Fire Donations and for Expense account 01-620-3210/Contracts for Service in the amount of $657.14
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
