WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities is requesting the City to enter into a twenty (20) year ground lease for ta community solar project located on City owned property on the corner of East section Avenue and HWY 59.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves entering into a Ground Lease Agreement for twenty (20) years with Alabama Municipal Electric Authority for Tax Map Parcel No. 54-09-29-1-000-002.000, Foley, AL. 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
