WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14-0201 approved the design of drainage improvements for the North Pine Street and West Fern Avenue area, and
WHEREAS, a construction cost estimate of $300,000.00 was approved for the FY2015 Budget under Planned Projects, and
WHEREAS, the construction plans are complete and ready to advertise to solicit bids.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Account No. 12-665-7341 R17 CONST to establish construction funds in the amount of $300,000.00, approves the solicitation of bids, and advertisment costs up to $500.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
