WHEREAS, Engineering received a request for a street light to be installed on an existing Riviera Utilities Pole No. 61686, and
WHEREAS, We will only be responsible for the $6.00 monthly fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves adding a new LED street light on Riviera Utilities existing Pole No. 61686 and paying the $6.00 monthly charge under Account No. 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
