Kelly Crosby, on behalf of the Foley Art Center, has requested the use of Heritage Park and John B. Foley Park for the 51st annual Art in the Park. Setup for the event will begin on Friday May 12, 2023. The event will be held on Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14 from 9 am to 4 pm. The art show and shopping experience is free and open to all citizens. It also provides great support for local artists and brings many artists and attendees from all across the Southeast.

WHEREAS, Kelly Crosby, on behalf of the Foley Art Center, has requested the use of Heritage Park and John B. Foley Park at no charge for the 51st Annual Art in the Park on May 12-14, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives fees for the use of Heritage Park and John B. Foley Park for the 51st Annual Art in the Park from May 12-14, 2023.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
