WHEREAS, the Foley City Council adopted Resolution 13-0343-RES hiring Hoar Program Management (HPM), at the establised hourly rates, as outlined in their Master Services Agreement, which was made a permanent part of the aforemented resolution, and
WHEREAS, HPM's Master Services Agreement needs to be amended to include the Cultural & Entertainment Center as outlined in their Amendment #5.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PUBLIC CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES COOPERATIVE DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF FOLEY, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Approves the mayor/chairman to execute Amendment #5 of HPM's Master Services Agreement as outlined in the attached Amendment #5 and is made a permanent part of this resolution upon adoption.
SECTION 2: Approves the creation of a Accounts for the Cultural and Entertainment Center.
SECTION 3: Appropriates $902,400 under Account Number _51-665-7200 R21 PROF__.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
