WHEREAS, the Parks Department has an immediate need of a new mower deck that is not budgeted, and
WHEREAS, the Parks Department requests an increase to Account# 100-5010-6031, Tractor & Mower Maintenance, in the amount of $4,100 for the mower deck replacement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new mower deck in the amount of $4,100 and amends Tractor & Mower Maintenance account #100-5010-6031 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
