WHEREAS, There is a need to reduce the number of slots by one of the Patrol Officer/K-9 (Grade 15/Job Code #1636) and increase the number of slots by one of the Patrol Officer (Grade 15/Job Code #1634) for improved operations in the Patrol Division of the Foley Police Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes an amendment to the Pay Classification Plan to reduce the number of slots by one of the Patrol Officer/K-9 (Grade 15/Job Code #1636) and increase the number of slots by one of the Patrol Officer (Grade 15/Job Code #1634) for improved operations in the Patrol Division of the Foley Police Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
