WHEREAS, the Environmental Department is requesting to purchase a golf cart, and
WHEREAS, the capital purchase is included in the current year budget for $12,000 under Account #100-2040-5100, and
WHEREAS, H & M Marine and Golf Cart Sales, LLC had the lowest quote for the golf cart at $10,795.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Environmental Department to purchase the golf cart from H & M Marine and Golf Cart Sales, LLC at the amount of $10,795.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
