WHEREAS, Foley Holding's, LLC. is requesting the use of the Civic Center and Council Chambers on May 7, 2017; May 21, 2017; May 24, 2017; and May 30, 2017 to conduct job fair events for the OWA Development, and
WHEREAS, Foley Holding's, LLC requesting the fees for the use of the Civic Center and Council Chambers to be waived for the job fair events.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center and Council Chambers on May 7, 2017; May 21, 2017; May 24, 2017; and May 30, 2017 .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
