The City solicited requests for proposals for conducting a Compensation and Pay Classification Plan Study and upon review of the proposals, it has been determined that Evergreen Solutions, LLC would be the best fit for the City to conduct the City's Pay Classification Plan Study based upon several factors, including but not limited to, their proposed methodology, their web-based tools, the proposed maintenance plan, and their experience including having conducted the League of Municipalities and the City of Fairhope's studies. There is $60,000 budgeted for this project, but the total cost of the project is $52,500.

WHEREAS, The City of Foley solicited requests for proposals for conducting a Compensation and Pay Classification Plan Study, and
WHEREAS, upon review of the proposals, it has been determined that Evergreen Solutions, LLC would be the best fit for the City to conduct the City's Pay Classification Plan Study, and
WHEREAS, there is $60,000 budgeted for this project, but the total cost of the project is $52,500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes Evergreen Solutions, LLC to conduct a Compensation and Pay Classification Plan Study for $52,500 under account 100-1013-6020 and authorizes the Mayor to sign the contract.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
