This resolution removes the position from the City's Pay Classification Plan and transfers funds from the salaries account to the part-time salaries account which is the account used for payroll to temporary employees who are hired onto the City's payroll roster.

WHEREAS, The Finance Director desires to fill the vacant position of Grants & Special Agreements Administrator as a full-time temporary position instead of a full-time permanent position.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Removes the position of Grants & Special Agreements Administrator from the Pay Classification Plan.
SECTION 2: Transfers $50,000 from Account #01-620-1010 Salaries to Account #01-620-1015 Part-Time Salaries.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
