WHEREAS, Resolution 20-1018 approved Traffic Signal Preemption System - Phase II for the Foley Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 20-1018 did not appropriate all funding required for the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $6,176.00 for Orange Beach's equipment contribution to revenue account number 400-2020-4656 - Traffic System Preemption Contribution.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $22,309 for the total project cost under account 400-2020-5102 - Traffic System Preemption System expense, which includes $6,176 for the donated equipment and $16,133 approved by resolution 20-1018.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
