WHEREAS, the indicated items of work are required for both Code compliance of the structure and proper drainage and were not contemplated in the original scope of work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Change Order No. 2 to Morette Company's contract price for the indicated items of work for the TIGER Phase 3 Pedestrian Bridge project in the amount of $20,980.31.
SECTION 2: Approves a transfer from Account No. 31-665-7000 to Account No. 31-665-73000 in the amount of $20,980.31, and amends the budgets accordingly.
SECTION 3: Memorializes McCollough Architecture's contract based upon the attached letter dated April 6, 2016.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
