WHEREAS, the Pedestrian Bridge lights have stopped working due to vandalism and water infiltration and need to be replaced, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department received a quote from Owen Electrical Services Inc and Hellmich Electric Inc for replacement, and
WHEREAS, Owen Electrical Services Inc came in with the lowest proposal with $11,558.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accept Owen Electrical Services Inc's proposal for the replacement lights on the Pedestrian Bridge and appropriate $12,000.00 under Account No# 100-3020-6011.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
