WHEREAS, the Foley Revitalization and Beautification requests permission to complete the flag pole parking area project in an amount not exceed $13,000.00, and
WHEREAS, requests for quotes were made to Landscape Workshop, Ortega's Landscaping Services, LLC., Kent's Landscaping and Landworks South Landscaping, and
WHEREAS, only Landscape Workshop and Ortega's Landscaping Services submitted quotes as follows:
Landscape Workshop - $12,300.00
Ortega's Landscaping Services, LLC - $12,104.90
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Ortega's Landscape Services, LLC. to complete the flag pole parking area project in the amount of $12,104.90 under Account# 400-5080-5100 A22-FY2024 and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
