WHEREAS, the 2001 Toro 355Z Vacuum Mower, serial number 74189-200000602 - FAS #3694 & 2002 Toro 355Z Vacuum Mower, serial number 74805-210000617 - FAS #5470 are no longer operational and it is too costly to attempt repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department is requesting to have these mowers declared surplus and be approved for disposal through the best means possible.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 2001 Toro 355Z Vacuum Mower, serial number 74189-200000602 - FAS #3694 & 2002 Toro 355Z Vacuum Mower, serial number 74805-210000617 - FAS #5470 as surplus and approves the disposal of these mowers through the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
