WHEREAS, Foley Professional Firefighters Union is hosting a fish fry fundraiser at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market on Sunday, October 22, 2023 and,
WHEREAS, Foley Professional Firefighters Union requests that the City waive the rental fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the rental fee for Foley Professional Firefighters Union to host a luncheon on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
