WHEREAS, there are approximately 2000 incandescent bulbs remaining from old Christmas decorations, and
WHEREAS, these decorations have previously been declared surplus and disposed of, and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Advisory Board recommends donating the lights to the Town of Elberta,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares approximately 2000 incandescent bulbs surplus and approves donating them to the Town of Elberta.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
