NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $4,000.00 for the permanent striping of the City's portion of S. Hickory St. being performed by Baldwin County Highway Department and amends Account No. 400-3020-6197 A13 PH VII accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
