     WHEREAS, on December 18, 2017, Council adopted Resolution 17-1338 to accept the donation of the H.M. Hamburg & Sons, Inc property, and

WHEREAS, improvements need to be made to the building and property in order to preserve it, and

WHEREAS, the following tasks need to be completed at a cost of $16,500:

 

1. Removal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste

2. Secure the building

3. Repair roof leaks

4. Inventory contents of value

5. Grind tree stumps and install perimeter termite bait stations

6. Organize and stacking of valued material

7. Removal of non- valuable contents/materials

8. Fine grade and grass seed disturbed areas

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Appropriates $16,500 to Account # 12-665-7388 R35 PH1 to complete the above listed tasks.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
