WHEREAS, During the course of construction Geotech recommended an extra 2’ of excavation and fill over much of the new road, and
WHEREAS, Cunningham Delaney Construction submitted Change Order #1 in the amount of $16,900.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Change Order #1 in the amount of $16,900.00 to Cunningham Delaney's contract under Account No. 400-3020-5134 R44 CONST.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
