WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, recognizes the importance of supporting local educational initiatives and community events that provide direct benefits to teachers and students; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, believes that a sponsorship for the Friday, April 24, 2026 Lions at the Links Golf Tournament Sponsorship is a useful public purpose of public funds and approves the expenditure of $400.00 from Account 100-6010-6052 Public Relations. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
